​I help organizations with executive assessment and succession planning. I've also coached hundreds of people to a better life and leadership at work.

I write at Psychology Today, Entrepreneur Magazine, and have a LinkedIn newsletter called Leaders as Meaning Makers. Here are my Harvard Business Review articles and my book published by Oxford University Press on Overcoming Bad Leadership in Organizations.
